We had an amazing experience with iClimate when they installed our new AC. From the first call, the admin team were super helpful and responsive, making the whole process easy and stress-free. The installers arrived on time, were professional, and did a great job. Adam took his time to explain everything and made sure we were happy before they left. The house is cooler than ever, and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend them to anyone needing AC services!

*Unfortunately I've had to drop the stars to 2, one of the units have developed a fault and I raised this with their team however have been fobbed off for over 2 weeks now. Had my units serviced every year since install and when I go to raise an issue all I get is someone will arrange a visit. Have been ghosted. Don't think I can recommend this company anymore. They are happy to service your equipment and take your money, but reluctant to fix any issues if you raise it with them. Have already told them when I am free but nev... read more
