We've been here quite a few times, and it's one of our family's favorite places! The waffles and ice cream are always delicious, and we love the fun atmosphere. The claw machine is always a hit with the kids, and it's one of the things that keeps us coming back. The vibe is welcoming, and the service is great 9 times out of 10. Most of the staff are friendly, kind, and make the experience enjoyable. Expected it to be a standard gas station store, bc it’s right next to a gas station. But it was actually great, delicious ice cream and boba as well as all the standard gas station snacks and drinks. Good coffee selection as well.

It was my first time going to an Icki Sticki. The store is pleasant and I enjoyed looking at the selection of items for sale. I purchased some items and the drinks were good. Sadly, the menu was large and I felt rushed by the girl at the counter. She made quiet remarks showing she wasn't too happy I was there. It made me want to leave faster instead of sitting down to enjoy my drink. I tipped 15% almost 9 dollars, but her poor attitude makes me wish I hadn't. I hope her day brightens and the tips are shared !

I don’t do reviews because they’re normally overlooked or only for people to complain but you need to give the girl who always wears the green backwards cap a raise since she is amazing!! Hope she enjoys the bouncy ball i gave her and besides that you guys are amazing!!! Au revior! (Seriously, give her a raise).
