The Icing Shoppe is the brainchild of Elizabeth Riggs, whom after over 25 years in the corporate cake designing industry decided to break away and give her work to the public. "I wanted a more creative hands on venue where I could share my designs" says Liz. We had went to one of my kids friends birthday parties and had a cup cake from here, it was AMAZING!!! So, my boys were having a party about a month afterwards and I thought I'd give myself a break and order their cakes instead of making them... I was excited to see their faces because they both got their chosen flavor all in one sheet cake(half and half)... I didn't get the response from them or everyone I was hoping for...Maybe it was the type of cake they wanted(cookies n cream and Hersheys chocolate), idk... Very friendl... read more
