No help When I went, they didn't acknowledge you and you had to wait at the register for them to notice you and check you out. I was unhappy because I didn't get any help when I had needed it.
Affordable accessories Afterthoughts has an incredible selection of accessories. Think Claire's but a little cheaper. It's a good place to go when you don't really know what you're looking for - chances are, they'll carry something that matches that outfit! The girls at this location are pretty friendly. They've also added in a few kids items that are very cute/affordable.
Overpriced Junk I can't believe this place is still around. Change the name to Icing if you want, but these are the same people who have been selling junk to unsuspecting girls for years.
Yikes! Why my wife let my daughter get her ears pierced by a halfwit working at a glorified mall kiosk I will never know.
SCAMMY Claire's business plan appears to consist of buying defective products at discount prices and then refusing to refund their victim's money. I'll give them this though, teenage girls do make for pretty easy marks. Stay classy Claire's.
Staffed by Drones The products are slightly better than what you would find at a flea market ... so they have that going for them at least. Unfortunately the staff are utterly useless.
