I brought my daughter here for her first ear piercing last month. She was very excited to go, and talked about having it done for weeks in advance. Once she was inside the Icing store, she panicked and was really upset and wanted to back out once the reality of the situation hit her. Khrystal (I hope I didn't misspell her name) was SO PATIENT, SO NICE, and exactly the person we needed to work with. Nice store, had lots of earing. Went looking for tiaras for sweet 15. Had a limited selection. Employees were very nice.
