Very very bad place please do not go, I ended up at the clinic having to pull the earings out the back..very unprofessional people working there.
Was hesitant getting my ears pierced with a gun, but Icing made the process easy. The two girls who were in this past Sunday were incredibly helpful with my piercing. It’s healing with no problems and doesn’t even hurt. The girl who did mine even fixed the positioning of my old holes!!!!! They look so much better. I’d recommend Icing over anywhere else in the mall.
I had the worst experience at this store. The manager Denise (she manages both Claire’s and Icing) is the most rude, insensitive and ill-mannered woman ever. She did a terrible job with my cartilage piercing by positioning it in an uneven manner as compared to the other ear. That piercing swole up and was really painful.
