Knew Icing and Claire’s stores were owned by the same company and was wary of Claire’s overall quality, but saw the lovely reviews for this place and decided to try it. Just came in to get my ears pierced and Shami was so amazing. I got both ear lobes done. She helped me and reassured me of everything and it was a smooth process. Really great store manager!
I was the Asst Manger.This is the worst job I've ever had. Management is two faced. I felt this was a good move because the money was good!! But the store manager never gave me the Asst Manger training.. Like I seen her do with her new hires. She has no problem yelling at me in front of the customer's.
