Avina and Teresa are amazing! I’ve had multiple horrible experiences at the Claire’s in this mall and we thought we’d give the store a try because it looked so similar. Avina pierced both of my daughter’s ears, and did my third ear piercing and was so great and patient! My kids were not having it but, she got it done and helped them now be scared. Teresa knew the store super well and was really patient with my daughters running around. 10/10 customer service. We will definitely be coming back the next time we’re at this mall... read more
