Roberta pierced my ears with exceptional care. She provided clear after care instructions and made this a relaxed and fun experience!
Shopping here was fantastic! Roberta was incredibly helpful and guided me through the entire ear piercing process. She also provided excellent recommendations. The service was exceptional, and I highly recommend visiting this place.
I took my daughter to this Claire’s after scheduling an appointment for an ear piercing at another mall, only for them never to open, and Roberta and Marissa took such great care of us here. The ear piercing process was super smooth, and the staff was so kind and friendly. Highly recommend!
With the amount of bad reviews there were I tried to give Claire’s a chance. The staff there were nasty from the moment we stepped in. Simple questions about a price check were answered in a rude manner. I would never go there again and never recommend anyone to go there unless you would like to be spoken to like you’re less than.
