I took my daughter to this Claire’s after scheduling an appointment for an ear piercing at another mall, only for them never to open, and Roberta and Marissa took such great care of us here. The ear piercing process was super smooth, and the staff was so kind and friendly. Highly recommend!
With the amount of bad reviews there were I tried to give Claire’s a chance. The staff there were nasty from the moment we stepped in. Simple questions about a price check were answered in a rude manner. I would never go there again and never recommend anyone to go there unless you would like to be spoken to like you’re less than.
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. The employee assisting us was rude and had a very negative attitude—not just toward me, but even toward other customers. I wish I had read the previous reviews warning about her behavior before coming in, as I would have avoided this experience entirely.
