Today I had my ears pierced along with my 20-month-old daughter, and we are very satisfied! Everything was done quickly, carefully, and professionally. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and explained everything in detail. The place was clean and hygienic, which was very important for us. They also informed us about promotions and special offers. We are very grateful — thank you so much for the excellent service!
My son had his ear pierced here in September. It fell out a few days later and I called the store and they promised to repierce his ear when more stock came in. I have followed up several times and been told they are waiting on inventory i cannot be refunded due to the store being sold to a different owner.We are now at 3 months! Completely unacceptable. Do not even bother going here.

The cashier was excessively rude. She was not treating the customers with respect and dismissing their needs. I’m in customer service myself and the pillar of customer service and treating others with respect and tending to their needs. Horrible experience.
