I’m disappointed with my purchase. The earrings were labeled as stainless steel, but they tarnished after just two showers, which suggests the material may not match the packaging. It feels misleading, and I would caution others to be careful when buying jewelry here very unhappy

I got my daughter’s ears pierced here on her 13th birthday and Jodi did SUCH AN AMAZING JOB not only on her ears but talking her through the process, letting her take her time, and generally just being kind and patient. Thank you, Jodi!

I paid over $30 for a two pairs of “stainless steel” earrings at Icing, expecting the corrosion resistance, tarnish-free wear, and skin-safe properties that true stainless steel is known for. Real stainless steel does not tarnish, peel, or turn skin green — it’s specifically made to resist exactly that. Less than a week later, these earrings were tarnished and my ears were green. Bethany Pierced my sister’ and my friend’s seconds. She was so kind, patient, and qualified. We were so glad we chose Icing over any of the other stores in the town center because of her help. While she was helping us, she helped other customers (some hard to handle) with grace and professionalism. Bethany is homie and a legend.
