IZZY IS AMAZING!! She did absolutely amazing on my 2nds and my friends 3rds, she was so much fun and did an amazing job!! if you need a piecing GO TO IZZY!!! She’s at icings and claire’s, she is the best!!
I had my daughter's ears pierced today with Alyssa. She was wonderful. She went over everything with me and made sure my daughter knew what was going on. Alyssa made the whole experience stress free. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring, pays attention to the small details, clean, and super sweet. The store also had a great sale so we were able to get 6 pairs of earrings for the price of 3!
I took my daughter for her second hole for her 13th birthday. It had been a while since we've had any piercings, so we had many questions. Holly was the one who pierced my daughter's ears and walked us through each step answering all of our questions and guiding us for after care, as well. Tina, the Store Manager, was also present and very supportive. She even showed us some great deals happening that day. We had a great experience I would recommend them to anyone.
So this 40 something year old went to the mall last week and got my ears pierced! I've been wanting to repierce my upper lobe second holes that closed up years ago and was thinking the smart way would be with a tattoo parlor but my procrastination on actually scheduling an appt got the best of me.
