I had a great experience buying my first initial time. The sale was buy 3 get 3 free. When I had things that I wanted to exchange for something different (unopened) I asked the lady if we can exchange she said yes, me and my mom brought up 2 clips the same price as the 2 things I wanted to return. I was in just over a month ago looking for a bracelet and earrings to wear for a wedding I was in. I believe the girl working there was named Savanah. She did an outstanding job and was so helpful!
