I bought a pair of 18k gold plated earrings that were 36 dollars. After one week wearing them my ears turned black. I understand the lovely staff here have no part in this and they do a great job! Just had such a kind and patient experience with the staff Jennifer and Kiana piercing three 5 year old girls today. They were so sweet and considerate even though our girls were nervous and unsure. So appreciate their support! Such good service and our girls are thrilled. THANK YOU ❤

5 star customer service with Joslin at Claire's Woodgrove Centre in Nanaimo, BC! I was looking for options with my earring backs and Joslin came up with great options. Thank you!!
I went in there this afternoon wanting to find something to help me feel pretty. I'm a male by the way, not that it should matter. The wonderful assistant was very helpful and attentive and didn't blink an eye.
