Saw employees wearing products, then put tags back on and put them back on shelves. Very disgusting and unhygienic, I was told it's company policy.

I've been nervous to get my ears pierced for years. I went into icing to look at clip ons, and Michelle was the nicest employee I've ever met. She was funny, LGBTQ+ friendly, respectful, and kind. She didn't pressure me into getting my ears pierced but told me she could do it if I wanted to. She explained everything, made sure the dots were right where I wanted them, and that I felt safe. 11/10. Also I got the cutest earrings for 20 percent off with my piercing.
