Brought my kids in to get ears pierced. Angie was so nice and patient with the boys. Took time to explain the process step by step and after care. I’m glad we decided to come to Claire’s oppose other options.
The worker there today was rude because I asked her if they had fake glasses and I passed them up in the front but I wasn't thinking cuz I got distracted and but she said you passed the. Up in the front and she was rude about it
Angie was great and so patient and knowledgeable. She treated my baby with care and I most definitely will visit again.

I go in this store alot, spend alot of money here and the ladies are very nice but a few days ago I went here and the only lady working was very rude I almost left and didn't get what I went there for. She first of all didn't say anything was to busy on her phone, then she kept giving me nasty looks and watching/following me like I was gonna steal something. Then when I asked for her help she didn't wanna help me and was very rude about it. Well never go here if she's working again!
