My boyfriend and I were in there this evening, as he was thinking about getting his ear repierced. There were two people working and one person ahead of us, doing a return. The female offered to assist two people who came in after us, after ignoring us while we were there. The male completed the return, then went to do some merchandising at the front of the store.
