ICING by Claire’s is permanently closed. For any piercing needs, go to the Claire’s in the AVL Mall. They are located between the food court and American Eagle.
Would give zero stars if that was an option. Paid for a nose piercing which they are “newly” offering. They do not use the appropriate piercing jewelry for noses. Do NOT recommend. Get a nose piercing from a legitimate shop. The nose ring was like a regular earring and it came out the next day, I called for a refund and was told by a worker named “Puppy” that we could receive a refund and when we got there was told that they will not be refunding our money after we drove all the way back to Asheville from TN. If I could give it 0 stars i would. I went in there with my friends to get my nose pierced and it was a horrible experience. The manager yelled at me for moving to much because I was nervous and she asked her coworker to come and SIT on me to make me stay still. She also YELLED at my friends for laughing because I asked her to sing to make me less nervous and on top of that she got mad at me for asking her to move the piercing down because she had it way to high even before she pierced it she yelled and said “are you the pro... read more
manager was extremely rude when my friend got her nose pierced
I took my six year old daughter to get her ears pierced and the manager Nicole did the piercing. After the first ear was pierced my daughter flipped out and absolutely refused to get her second ear pierced. Nicole was SO patient and sweet but also firm, together we talked to her and persuaded her. After more than an hour my daughter gave in and Nicole got the job done so quickly my daughter didn’t even have time to blink.
