Beware their return policies. Certain types of jewelry are not returnable. I specifically asked the lady who I purchased from if everything I bought was returnable. She assured me it was. When I came back the employee who was working said 1/2 the items I had purchased were not returnable. And by the way, there is no way to tell if something falls in that category unless you know the special codes on the price tag. Employee with glasses and Apple Watch was extremely rude and unhelpful. Just go to Clair’s. Same place but overpriced.
Returning something this morning. There were 2 ladies working there and were extremely rude to me, I will never shop here again and I don’t recommend anyone else coming here as well.
