Lady was very polite and humble Good service
Beware their return policies. Certain types of jewelry are not returnable. I specifically asked the lady who I purchased from if everything I bought was returnable. She assured me it was. When I came back the employee who was working said 1/2 the items I had purchased were not returnable. And by the way, there is no way to tell if something falls in that category unless you know the special codes on the price tag.
