Do not get your ears pierced here you may wind up with an infection This "manager" Brigette is rude and quite incompetent She was using very poor infection control. When I asked her to remove her dirty gloves and disinfect her hands before the piercing she got indignant and refused to serve me and threatened to call security on me. How insulting! This young lady needs some education and practicing dangerously. Steer clear.
The girls there are awesome. They are friendly and always go out of their way to help you and show you the hottest trends. That's my fav place for sure.

I love going here with my daughter. She loved picking out her bear and now we go back all the time to buy clothes. She calls it shopping I call it bonding.
