Great store – I enjoy shopping in Icing everytime I'm in Northlake Mall I have shopped there for almost three years. We got our daughters ears peirced back in August of last year by the Manager there she did a great job we have had no problems at the store, the earrings are great too. there was a blond assistant manager that did not greet us or seem happy to be there but she didnt ruin our shopping experience thanks to the others that work there. Great Store.
Unhelpful Store Manager!!! – I walked in the store this past week and wasnt even greeted by the manager. she was at the front staring off into space and then got on the phone for a personal call (and wasn't dressed professional for a jewelry store). it was extremely rude and i'll take my business elsewhere. its a dang shame,,,
