It is an amazing place to go there stuff is so cute and fun
Abby, an employee at icing, truly made it our experience getting my six year olds ears pierced an unforgettable one! She was so empowering and talked my daughter through the entire experience. She definitely earned her trust and mine and her ears turned out great. Her ability to create a relationship in the quick 15 minutes we were there really stuck out to me and I hope that she is rewarded for the incredible job she did making my daughter feel safe and confident.
