The people working here were cool. Super professional and friendly. We came in here for a nose and ear piercing. They listened to what we wanted. They chatted with us. It was just a really good experience.
Good experience getting my nieces ears pierced here. For lower lobes on tweens, Icing And or Claire’s is a good place to go. The lower stars is due to the insane price on ear piercing. No hollow needles, just a gun. Starting pricing is $55 for stainless steel and $70 for gold.
Bad customer service. She overcharged me on discounted earrings.
Went in today to get a little something for my birthday and I saw a girl getting her nose pierced. I always wanted one and asked if I could get mine done too. Jacob was so professional and super kind. I was nervous but glad I did it! He made everyone feel like he was giving them his full attention. Truly phenomenal customer service to every person. I hope that the company knows how lucky they are to have him there. So much cute stuff I’ll definitely have to go back!
