The people who I worked with are great. The company is absolutely terrible. You can do your part, but they will not fulfill the promises made once your end of the deal has been upheld. Claires is a terrible corporation to work for.
Went in 2 times yesterday. One for some earrings for my son and the 2nd time for my other son to get his ears pierced both the guy and girl in there were super friendly and kind and helpful. Guy who pierced my son’s ears was very good and sanitizing everything and following protocol. He did amazing, will come back just for him if we need anything in the future.
New employees, better service and great deals. Definitely a win for the customer.
I am not sure of the woman’s name that was working on 10/18/23 around 11:30 am but she was by far one of the rudest most condescending salespersons I have ever had the displeasure of ever encountering. Her customer service skills are absolutely abhorrent. I cashed out and was basically told to go wait outside or go to another store while my daughter cashed out.
