They make you wait and wait and wait... I find the posts below me amusing. I've always had quality cuts, manicures, and pedicures at Ici Paris. However, what amuses me is that counting the ten pedicures I've had, about 1/2 the time, they stuck me in the waiting room to drink hot tea and then forgot about me for an hour. The pedicurist comes in and says, "Oh, I thought you stood me up -- they didn't tell me you were here." World Class with the best Class!!!!! I have no idea what these 2 women are talking about. Everytime I come to Ici Paris it is an over the top experience with the most helpful staff. They schedule the appointment especially for the spa side with a 15 minute "down time" to give the spa staff time to dress the room to get the room ready for your appointment. I have wonderful services with Kila as a make up artist. Their new hair stylist Celisse is fantastic with cut and color and Trish and Tantiana I hope I spelled that correct... read more

Ici Paris Spa/Salon is AMAZING. From the moment you walk in the door- the friendly, helpful front desk team, the expert and brilliant salon/spa professionals, down to the welcoming & soothing relax room(waiting area)- your entire experience is so uplifting and soothing. First time at the salon and Sarah was wonderful! She's pleasant and loves what she does and it shows! She listened to me and the outcome was exactly what I wanted! She said my husband would call me "Beautiful" and he did! I highly recommend Sarah.
Saw Tiffany and she is very nice and she re did my color instantly when I wasn’t happy with the way the first turned out.
So on a whim, I went and got a massage scheduled for today. Naressa was amazing and I hope I spelled her name properly. Amazing Swedish Massage and a proper stretch! :) 10/10! Also if you ever have any issues and need to find out more information, speak with the manager/owner Iwona, she’s amazing!
