Five stars seems not enough. Absolutely flawless experience with our purchase of the ICI home. Lisa was our salesperson and Robert was our builder representative. Can not say enough positives about both of them, felt informed and received constant updates. I would highly recommend you work with them if possible. Turnover of the home was a great experience with Robert being on the spot with any tweaks we wanted taken care of. All around, our best home purchase experience
I purchased a brand new home from ICI in 2020. Since the day I moved in, I have had multiple roof leaks. Four years later I still have leaks that have not been fixed! So many leaks!The ridge caps on my roof continue to blow off. The installers did not remove the plastic adhesive film before installing the ridge caps, so every time there is high wind, I lose pieces of my roof and water leaks in to my house.
