We moved in a few weeks ago and couldn’t be happier with the house and the entire experience! While we did not purchase because the 3ft pool was a deal breaker our experience with Lisa Natanel was excellent. Lisa took a lot of time showing us the homes more than once, as we visited several times, and any questions we had if she did not know the answer at the time, she made sure to get us the information we asked about. Loved Lisa and had the pool been at least 4ft we would have purchased one of those beautiful well built homes.
Five stars seems not enough. Absolutely flawless experience with our purchase of the ICI home. Lisa was our salesperson and Robert was our builder representative. Can not say enough positives about both of them, felt informed and received constant updates. I would highly recommend you work with them if possible. Turnover of the home was a great experience with Robert being on the spot with any tweaks we wanted taken care of. All around, our best home purchase experience
