Mold! Lack of responsibility! Now selling my home with known mold is an issue! Probably an issue for my neighbors who are connected to my home! I live in the townhomes! ICI blames!
Several roof leaks, horrendously poor drywall and finish quality, bad super bumpy main road in the community. It’s also in the middle of nowhere and there is nothing to do unless you join the expensive “country club” But then you still pay for all activities plus you must spend $1500 a year in their restaurants on the overpriced unhealthy food. Builder is only interested in selling houses on top of each other. Warranty service made problems worse and I had to fix them myself.
Beware of this builder... My In-laws moved into their ICI home just over one year ago, and the house is now experiencing a leak that has damaged the ceiling as well as defective flooring that was installed improperly. The builders inspector initially accepted blame and said the repairs would be covered, but has now backtracked on that and says these repairs are the home owners responsibility. ICI Homes negligence and unwillingness to make this right is reprehensible.
