House was built three years ago and main water pipe busted from the builders side.Plummer said the builder side of the pipe that meets the city portion was put in wrong. The PCV pipe was under the water line enclosure and not in between the channel. Had to pay $500 to fix and waiting for my insane water bill that’s coming.Called ICI and they said it’s not their problem and no accountability that it was installed wrong. Didn’t even get a sorry to hear that about your house that’s only 3.5 years old.
The pool storage shed is the nicest looking part of the club house. The rest of the community is so so.
