Bad build, water intrusion, black mold, ants in my home. Paint retaining exterior wall wall looked like the house was crying. My 2 yr old home was screwed as were we. Nice going ici.
On November 23rd we will be celebrating two years in our Custom Offsite Home built by ICI Homes. Unfortunately, the height of Covid hit right at the beginning of our build which definitely put a strain on and slowed down the building process. There was a supply shortage on building materials which was no fault of ICI. The only true negative thing we experienced was 3 different project managers during our build which was frustrating to say the least, however, the finished product is absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be hap... read more
