I have had a really hard time finding a doctor that is respectful of my time and actually sends the referrals I need, I was very impressed with the quality and speed of my care here. And the way Dr. Icho interacts with her staff is very kind and respectful in a way I haven’t seen many doctors be and it made me feel very reassured as a patient that she is really thoughtful and caring in her practice.

Horrible doctor. She is not attentive to the patient whatsoever. She is always on the computer and does not listen to the patient. She yells at her staff in front of patients, very rude. I went because I had severe swelling in my body, instead of helping me she bashed me. She showed no concern. I ended up being hospitalized due to the issue that she could’ve recognized when I went to her. She kept offering to buy her in office weight loss treatment when I didn’t ask about it. As a fifth month patient the honeymoon period is over and any secrets have long been revealed beyond the first impressions and careful newness of brand new patient satisfaction. And I still adore her and her awesome staff. Dr. Icho gets right down to business, handles prescription refills, quick evaluation, blood and urine tests if needed, and off we go. My husband and I visit at the same time, it's a one-two punch and we are outta there. She's personable, compassionate, funny, and very stylish. We love her.
Paula the front office assistant went above and beyond to help me set up for my visit. The Nurse was exceptional and quite welcoming as a new patient. I had to leave my appt but the Dr. called after hours to introduce herself and make sure things went smoothly. I'm very impressed with the attitudes of the entire staff. They really care. Having the same PCP for 5 years I was nervous about the change but am very happy I made the switch!
