Paula the front office assistant went above and beyond to help me set up for my visit. The Nurse was exceptional and quite welcoming as a new patient. I had to leave my appt but the Dr. called after hours to introduce herself and make sure things went smoothly. I'm very impressed with the attitudes of the entire staff. They really care. Having the same PCP for 5 years I was nervous about the change but am very happy I made the switch!
I just finished my second appointment with Dr Nanette Icho. Doctors choose their fields, choose their practice, choose the things they screen for. Literally will have you come to the clinic for things they could be told over the phone! No licensed staff, uses family instead. Greedy and just wants to milk insurance!!!!
A year ago she had me and my daughter take off work, had me waiting over 1 hour, and was never seen went off on the staffing. 2nd time appt. Wanted my daughter out of school to just discuss about her appt i refused to take my daughter out of school just to discuss during testing time. I wanted again over 1 hour wasted my time for nothing just to tell me " IM sorry but we have to reschedule on their behalf.
