Not the real ichiran
They are extremely unorganized. There’s an older lady who just is always in the kitchen and a younger one glued to her phone, so no one ever works the front. You’re forced to order on the monitor. There are a lot of unfair reviews here. This ramen is flavorful, seasoned well, and tastes like it does overseas. The egg is brown because it’s marinated, it is NOT rotten. It’s also fantastic :) The braised pork belly is DELICIOUS! Kikurage (black mushroom) was cooked perfectly. The corn in the ramen may look odd, but it’s very common practice. Dim Sum was overpriced and the food was quite bland. I would avoid those choices - We tried the Taro Cake that seems different than what most would be use to and the shumai.
