Ramen was amazing! The broth is one of the best I have ever had, hot and flavorful! Staff were friendly and attentive! Will return to this location when I’m back in Miami! Nice and quiet atmosphere, we did eat earlier in the day so it wasn’t busy at all!
We visited as a party of five for my daughter’s birthday. I had made a reservation because this is one of her favorite restaurants, so I genuinely wanted the evening to be special. Ichimi was my go to place for ramen up until my latest visit. The quality of the food has gone down significantly since the previous time I ate here. I got the curry ramen, as I usually do, but this time it just tasted horrible. The broth is so garlicky now, the chashu tasted like deli ham, and the eggs just tasted off. We were excited to try this restaurant, but unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. During our meal, we found a small cockroach inside one of our drinks. We immediately informed the staff, and while they apologized and did not charge us for the meal, finding an insect in a beverage is a serious food safety concern.
