good sushi!
Whenever I got sushi here and the Caucasian sushi chef was there, the sushi was pretty good (good sushi rice, fish prepped well). I went today and he was not there and the sushi was NOT good flavor wise. Just white rice and the fish cuts were not tender. It made the texture all wrong.
Our first visit to Ichigo Sushi & Teriyaki was such a pleasant surprise. This cozy little restaurant may be small in size, but it is truly packed with delicious flavors and quality. The sushi is pretty good here. The hot food is good. Nice service. There are some good desserts on the menu, too. Mochi ice cream is good.
Amazing sushi, delicious matcha, and such friendly staff! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared.
