Good or Bad Service - 15% gratuity automatic!!! – I've eaten here before and it was fine. Now evidently since they have gotten busier, they don't care. The "chef" hit my glass of ice tea that went everywhere - including my plate and I still had to use the same plate. I had to ask twice for a refill of my tea. I asked for my egg yolk sauce on the side, not on the shrimp, not extra, just on the side. They tried to charge me for extra egg yolk sauce. Not Disappointed – My husband & I waited quite a while before finally visiting Ichiban. We visited for my husband's birthday, and to our delight, the chef prepared the salmon & my husband's scallops to tender perfection! The waitress was very polite and prompt. The lunch menu is very affordable. We went in at the end of the lunch hour. No waiting. Perfect experience!
