Not the place it used to be and definitely not worth the money! We sat in a booth, ordered the Ichiban dinner for two; the rice and veggies weren’t even room temperature but the steak was hot. We sent the food back to be “remade.” The rice and veggies were hot but the steak was barely room temperature! Oh and the ginger dressing was dark and thin, more like a fish sauce dressing-whatever it was, it wasn’t ginger!
Did not appreciate that they automatically added 18% gratuity to the check with only 2 people.
This place has gone down hill! We use to love it with nice portions and great service. This last time we were sat in a back room with the air conditioning off. They came and turned it on after 20 mins in the heat. The wait was fine, but then the portions were a quarter what they use to be. My shrimp was just tail pieces like what you would expect for an appetizer, this is the portion I was given after mine was given to another man that only ordered steak. Excellent food, but Clifford was the best part of our daughter’s birthday! Best hibachi chef we’ve had, and he kept us all laughing the entire time.
We sat at the grill , the chef was excellent , the show was great . Food was delicous , enough for 2 meals .
