We visited Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse without a reservation and were seated within about 15 minutes, which was great. The hibachi portions were generous, and the staff were attentive throughout our meal. My son really enjoyed the chicken katsu, and the sushi rolls were delicious. Tried for the first time. Sushi roll lunch combo. Salad - just iceberg lettuce not a shred or piece of anything else. Lettuce was yellow and mostly core part. Eel and avocado and salmon and avocado roll - avocado was under ripe and hard. Salmon and eel were good but it was hard to find the eel. Had heard good things but $17 later - pretty disappointed!
