For a week now i have emailed three times for instructions that my part was supposed to come with and have never gotten an email back. I have put off installing it because i am just not sure. Very discouraging and not sure if i send it back, that i will received my money back.. About the worst customer service i have experienced..
Protune suspensions is listed at this address as well as Ichiba USA. I purchased a part from Protune. Showed up in a timely manner however the part doesn't fit the truck and for over a week I cannot get a person to call me or email me back. I've left multiple messages and emails. Phone numbers area code is out of DC not California. Calls are auto dumped into a Vmail. Not sure what is going on here but I wouldn't buy from here ever again.
