Just picked up $81.00 worth of food from this place. In the past service has been good. It appears they have new staff. Clearly the new staff (at least today) could care less about customer service. Poor and indifferent attitude; and when I requested extra sauce was told "that's extra cost" I asked, "With $81 worth of terriyaki you can't provide hot sauce?" answer: "that's how it is". I guess customers must be easy to come by. They'll need to find a replacement for my business.
They close to early for me. I live here in the downtown vancouver area and this is my 3rd time missing them because they close to early. I have a full time job. By the time I come home to relax and settle before calling and placing an order, they already closing smh.
