Open on Sundays!!!! – I'm fully convinced that the yakuza are going to shut this place down, as they are the ONLY teriyaki joint open on sundays that I know of. As for the teriyaki, it's as good as you'll find anywhere else (most teriyaki from strip malls is created more or less equal), but the real star of Ichi Teriyaki is the yakisoba. They give you a huge portion, with plenty of veggies, and it's probably the best yakisoba in Federal Way.
