They claim they will train you, however, my lead, Matt, told me he was intentionally training me wrong and then laughed about it. If I was just a bad apple, you should have simply tossed me out rather than play games which ruin the confidence I have in myself and my leadership. It's been over two years since I've worked at ICF yet the experience working there sours the interactions I have with people to this day. Am I supposed to let you step on my neck and not even try to breath?
