Brad took the time out of his busy schedule to answer my questions about an ICF house I bought. Since I am unfamiliar with ICF homes, Brad went into great detail on the construction of these types of homes. I would highly recommend him for his services!

I live live in a condiminum community in Minneapolis, I was told icf was the cement contractor who did the driveways I drive a toyata land cruiser. Ever since the finished the project, its so that when into the garage scrapes on the ground. I have lived here many years and it was not like this before. I'm writing this so people are aware. I had ICF Construction come to my house and give me a bid on my garage floor/apron that I am having trouble with. I also had two other companies look at it. Brad was the only one who seemed to know what he was talking about. Although I don't have the money to have it fixed right now, when I do, it will be ICF who does the work.
