I called ICETECH for service on our Manitowoc Indigo at our business. This was is very important as we use the ice to help our photographers and reporters to remain properly hydrated with cool water on those hot summer days! ICETECH was able to respond the next afternoon and within the hour we were making ice again! Tim ROCKS! ICETECH ROCKS! You also will be pleased with the customer service and the reasonable pricing that ICETECH Inc. provides.

Was gonna call them out for Service. They were more than willing to help or answer questions. They give me a few tips/ tricks to check on the ice machine before actually having them come out.

We use Ice Tech for two businesses with three ice machines, and they are so friendly, professional, personable and fast. They're always there when you need them and happy to help you EVERY TIME with patience and a great attitude. We love them and would never rent from anyone else. They are the best in the biz!

I had a big problem with my Hoshi ice machine. The repairmen came and fixed it and got me back to operating. They were professional and fast. The bill was better than expected. I would recommend these guys and will call them again.
