Shady people
I am a tenant of one of their buildings. If you are a current building owner and are about to sell to this company please don't and save your tenants. This company follows their own rules regarding rent and will kick out tenants illegally. Besides Lisa(receptionist), that is the only person that is avaliable when you need to escalate a problem.
