I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Ice Masters while trying to get my Everest refrigerator fixed. Their service was unprofessional from the start. The technician rudely informed me they couldn't park and were leaving, even though no one mentioned I was responsible for their parking. After much back and forth, they finally arrived at the wrong address. Ice Masters was amazing! Had a small leak in my buildings cooling system. It’s an older system so we needed to find 22r refrigerant. Ice Masters had some still in stock and was able to get me patched up and chilly while I wait for my new system to arrive! Thank you so much to the team for taking exceptional care of their clients :)
Caution - took money from us and refused to give it back. We paid a 1/3 deposit worth $3,600 from our business however we were not in a position to see the project through immediately. When we asked for deposit back they made a ridiculous claim that it had "been used up in administrative costs such as accounting, labour, etc…". No work was completed.
We have a small vending machine business. Whenever the cooling system on one of the machines we get them to repair it. They are quick to access the situation and get it repaired in a timely manner. Thanks Brendon and Mike keep up the good work!!!
