They've refused my business,
I got my laptop’s hinge repaired and was told to pick it up in about a week after dropping it off. Instead, it took them a month to repair one hinge, and when I finally got it back, it honestly felt like they just wanted to get the job out of the way without putting much care or effort into it. A small piece of plastic from the USB-A port also broke off, and the laptop now feels creaky.
