I arrived at the listed opening time of 11:00 AM and was told by the lady running the adjacent kiosk (who removed the cover for the iCell repair kiosk) that the operator would be there in 20 minutes. At 11:20 I asked where the iCell person was, so she made a call and told me it would be another 15 minutes. I left and went next door to the mall. If you have a business, it’s very rude to customers not to show up at the posted opening time.

My iPhone 12 stock charging via cable. I brought in and was repaired within 1 hour. Whitney was very friendly and knew exactly what to do. Hightower recommend them.

Highly recommended! The technician cleaned dust from inside the camera of my iPhone and she was very careful and thorough. Very fast and friendly service - 20 minutes and she was done. Very fair price. Again, highly recommended!
