So excited to be heating my house without further warming our poor little planet! Appreciated the courteous, professional service Icehouse Refrigeration provided! The heat pump ducts are extremely unobtrusive and will heat my home to below zero with electric heat kicking in once it gets REALLY cold removing the necessity for a secondary heat source. (Think I’ll still get a wood stove for the occasional coziness factor though!) ☺️ Thanks James and Jessica!!
Called to see if they could work on my GreenTek HVAC. I was told that the technician was familiar with it. I was told the tech would come and provide an estimate. They responded in a timely manner. The tech came by, got the installation manual, and made some attempts to figure out the issue with some adjustments. He was pleasant and forthcoming but it turned out he wasn’t familiar with this type of unit. He returned the next day stating “operator error”, with new information from a phone call with GreenTek technical support.... read more
