Had 3 aircon units installed in late December and one has failed due to a refrigerant leak caused by a faulty installation as well as a wifi controller issue. This would have been totally fine as mistakes happen but we have been trying to get this fixed now for over 6 weeks but the business is either not responding or claiming they would come and fix it but that just doesn't happen. So sitting on a useless aircon atm. Would not recommend.
We purchased a Daikin reversed cycle air conditioning with installation recently from Iceburgs. We are very happy with their professional service that involved complicated installation. All the pipes are nicely and tidy installed. The exterior unit is nicely installed under cover area. The price included the air conditioner and installation is very reasonable for their highly skilled installation service.
