Iceburg Cold Plunge has been a game changer for me. Awesome community of people that frequent here any time of day. I love not having to check in and just being able to go during open hours. The vibe is so chill and laid back which is awesome to me. The staff and owners are all awesome, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Can’t recommend this place enough!
The best place to recharge your body. The staff are all great and the facility leaves you feeling a great sense of community. Good selection of equipment for sauna sessions, cold plunge, and stretching to get your best recovery done. You’ll love it wether you are a first timer or veteran.
I recently tried the cold plunge for the first time, and it was a bit of a challenge at first. After about two minutes, I managed to relax and enjoy the icy water. The saunas were also great, and I highly recommend this ice bath to friends and family. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
Loved this concept and space! Dropped in for Sunday recovery and was able to utilize the saunas, red light therapy and stretch area. Can’t wait to come back and plunge. Super cool place and people, Thank you.
This is the best health club in ALL of Florida! The experience is amazing! The benefits are real. Very clean, safe and therapeutic. Rob, Brian and Joni are the most genuine and loving people I've met in a very long time. Their attention to detail and how they make you feel like you're part of the family is incredible. Don't walk, run to Iceburg and get in!
