I had an incredible experience at this cold plunge and sauna spot! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease, even though it was my first time trying a cold plunge. I will definitely be coming back!
For the price, it’s a very under-endowed facility. The cold plunges or over-chlorinated, and the saunas are old and poorly maintained. The facility is dingy, in general, and poorly maintained. They ask to limit towel usage to 1 per visit, which is unacceptable considering the cost of membership. They also prohibit use of cold plunges even if there’s a bit of rain outside, because, in the words of one of the owners, Brian, “water is a conductor.” I have an extensive background in science, currently studying medicine, and I ca... read more
Love it here!!! The staff and owners are all super nice and kind. I 100 percent recommend this place! They coach you through your cold plunging experience and all the members are super nice. I have made some of my best friends as well! It’s a community wellness center and great benefits for my body and overall health!
This is the best health club in ALL of Florida! The experience is amazing! The benefits are real. Very clean, safe and therapeutic. Rob, Brian and Joni are the most genuine and loving people I've met in a very long time. Their attention to detail and how they make you feel like you're part of the family is incredible. Don't walk, run to Iceburg and get in!
The best sauna cold plunge place in town. I love the community especially. I come almost every day and love the health benefits from plunging. The whole Iceburg team is great ☺️
