I recently tried the cold plunge for the first time, and it was a bit of a challenge at first. After about two minutes, I managed to relax and enjoy the icy water. The saunas were also great, and I highly recommend this ice bath to friends and family. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.
The best place to recharge your body. The staff are all great and the facility leaves you feeling a great sense of community. Good selection of equipment for sauna sessions, cold plunge, and stretching to get your best recovery done. You’ll love it wether you are a first timer or veteran.
My new favorite place. Clean tubs. It’s full of positive yogi types. Lowest membership price in town and very clean. I had a hard time finding a sauna and cold plunge business in St Pete without loud or toxic conversion in the sauna or weird energy to the place. Healing and relaxing here. They understand how to run a cold plunge and sauna business with both vibes and cleanliness. After getting an infection at another business with unclean cloudy tubs I am diligent with learning about water safety.
Loved this concept and space! Dropped in for Sunday recovery and was able to utilize the saunas, red light therapy and stretch area. Can’t wait to come back and plunge. Super cool place and people, Thank you.
I love the Iceberg!! I go everyday. The facility is great. The staff who work there Rick, Cassandra, Katie and Kylie keep the place clean and can’t do enough to make sure you have a great experience. I have met great people who inspire me to live a healthy lifestyle. Feeling blessed to have discovered this incredible place. Grateful to Brian and Robert for providing it.
