I had a great experience with this company and especially with their technician, Scott. Before him, we had three different technicians come out, and each one gave a completely different explanation for the cause of the problem, but none of them were able to fix our freezer. Scott was the only one who quickly identified the real issue and actually solved it. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough in his work. Never been to a location, all I can tell you is that their drivers don't know how to drive and nearly ran me off the road, I'm very pregnant and have to go to the hospital now due to lower abdomen pains. When I called the company to tell them what had happened (I took a photo of the truck), the guy told me it wasn't him, there's only 3 of them, didn't apologize, didn't seem to acknowledge what I was saying at all, just denied everything, didn't want the photo for the plate #, nothing.
